ORDER BOOKING​

Your invoice payment in full reserves your event date and is non-refundable.  From the date we send your invoice, we will hold your order for seven (7) days to allow you enough time to make payment.  If invoice is not paid within seven (7) days, invoice and order will be cancelled at that time.  For weddings or large orders placed far in advance, a non-refundable deposit will reserve your event date.  Final balance is due at least two weeks prior to event date.

FINAL PAYMENT

​

All orders must be paid in full at least two weeks prior to pick up date.  If order is placed less than two weeks out, order must be paid in full upon receiving invoice.  The date of your final payment is the final date for any changes of size, style or flavors of the cake or desserts.  Any changes requested after this date cannot be guaranteed and may be subject to additional charges.

LOSS OR DAMAGES

​

We are not responsible for any damage to the dessert after setup is complete.  If you or your representative pick up desserts from us, you assume all liability and responsibility for the condition of the desserts once they leave our possession.  You are responsible for providing an appropriate and secure table and environment for the desserts.  Cakes are heavy and require a sturdy table and optimal room temperature of 75 degrees or below.

FRESH FLOWERS

​

If flowers are provided by an outside source, we will arrange up to 25 stems for free; $1 for each additional stem.  You acknowledge that fresh flowers are not a food product and may contain pesticides, insects, dirt, or other contaminants.

ALLERGIES

​

Our products may contain or come into contact with milk, wheat, nuts, soy, and other allergens.  You agree to notify your guests of this risk and hold us harmless for allergic reactions.

PHOTOGRAPHS

​

We will generally photograph our desserts and we reserve the right to use any photographs for display or promotion without compensation to you.
